Toynol® BWA-930 is an acetylenic diol derivative surfactant developed to address substrate wetting challenges in high-speed application of waterborne adhesives, coatings and printing chemicals. It significantly reduces static and dynamic surface tension (static surface tension as low as 36.5 mN/m in a 0.1% aqueous solution), provides excellent low-foam performance (foam fully dissipated within 300 seconds), and effectively improves spreading and leveling on various substrates. Compared with conventional solutions, it offers good compatibility with waterborne resin emulsions, outstanding cost-effectiveness, and is APEO-free, making it a suitable option for high-performance waterborne systems.
