Abstract

Toynol® FS-6502 is a nonionic acetylenic-diol wetting agent developed to address poor wetting, cratering, poor leveling, and foaming issues in waterborne systems (such as industrial coatings, printing inks, and water reducers). Its main functions are to rapidly lower dynamic and static surface tension, provide effective foam control and suppression, and promote flow and leveling. Compared with conventional solutions, it offers excellent compatibility (suitable for various resin-emulsion systems), is APEO-free, and is cost-effective, making it a suitable option for high-performance applications such as waterborne industrial coatings, water reducers, and high-speed coating inks.
