Abstract

Toynol® Superwet-604 is a nonionic acetylenic-diol surfactant developed to address wetting of low-energy surfaces, dynamic surface-tension control, and foaming issues in waterborne systems. Its main functions are to powerfully lower dynamic and static surface tension, provide excellent foam-control performance, and promote flow and leveling, with a static surface tension reaching 26.1 dyn/cm (0.1% aqueous solution, 25 °C). Compared with conventional solutions, it offers outstanding cost-effectiveness and is APEO-free, making it a suitable option for high-performance applications such as waterborne industrial coatings, photovoltaic coolants, and waterborne printing inks. Usage and Recommended Dosage
