According to SY/T5405-2019 “Test Method and Evaluation Index of Corrosion Inhibitors for Acidizing,” under conditions of 90°C and 20% HCl, the measured corrosion rate is only 5.2 g/(m²·h), below the standard requirement of 6.00 g/(m²·h), providing reliable corrosion protection for oil and gas acidizing operations.

Vanconol®MNC-02 is synthesized via a Mannich reaction using a proprietary process, producing molecules with multi-point adsorption structures. The inhibition mechanism includes: interaction between the benzene ring π-electron system and the d-orbitals of the metal surface to form chemisorption anchors; coordination of lone-pair electrons from the carbonyl (C=O) group with iron atoms, enhancing adsorption strength; protonation of the tertiary amine group under acidic conditions to form cations for electrostatic adsorption on the metal surface; and hydroxyl groups providing hydrophilicity to improve solubility in acid solutions.
